At our Intenders Circle this week, we will watch a eight and a half minute You Tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjUIarUAioY , discuss any thoughts that come up for us and then write our own afformations. 

Fran shared a CD with me on this technique and I have found it very powerful over the last few weeks and I think you will too!
