Our topic includes a brief Empowerment discussion and a deep meditation exercise.  We have had several great weeks of  cerebral discussions.   Let's dive into the other side of our brain/intuitive Knowing this week and see what we uncover.  This circle will explore two meditations to develop self- awareness.  The result will encourage empowered thoughts, actions and feelings  imperative for creating the life of our desire.

Please review the following, print and bring on Tuesday.  An RSVP is always apprecaited.  See you Tuesday?

“Are your thoughts constructive or destructive? What are your conversations about? Are they creating what you desire? Are you addicted to talking about what is? What is the pattern of your thoughts and feelings?

Do you love and appreciate yourself enough to allow what you desire?”
~
Linda Fallucca

“When you allow yourself to dwell on the negative aspects of life, negative thinking expands to fill all of your thoughts until there is no room for positive thoughts to grow. It becomes an endless cycle. The habit of negative thinking generates more and more negative thoughts, which the mind attempts to turn into physical reality. The result is a life of despair and hopelessness."

“Every person's experience is created internally, by him or herself. You can change your mind at any moment about how something is affecting you.”  ~ Neale Donald Walsch

Tuning into Self increases the availability of our innate wisdom; personal power and choice.  Building awareness and taking responsibility of your inner thoughts and feelings allows a greater and clearer understanding from which to create clarity for personal growth and next life steps.

A person accumulates over a life time many false beliefs with exposure to self defeating propaganda, disempowering society and family rules and expectations.  The umbrella of allowing can include beliefs about self, others and the world. Your beliefs affect your thoughts and feelings, and determine your experience.

Victim mentality, whilst seductive, can be very destructive in all areas, be it relationships, career, and even health, for ill-health can also be a manifestation of victimhood.

Reviewing beliefs and reconnecting with the Inner Self, (taking personal responsibility and choosing
empowering thoughts actions and feelings), is imperative to creating and manifesting the life of your dreams.

Meditation:  (eyes closed, sitting comfortable, breathing – allow yourself to ……)

Take a moment notice your physical body.  How do you feel?

Now notice what you feeling emotionally.  What details have gone undetected?

Take a few minutes to ask yourself how you feel; explore these physical sensations and feelings -  allow awareness of yourself.    Ask the mind to quiet and allow your inner voice to have the stage.

Take a few deep breaths and ask yourself what are the messages you are receiving in the way of physical and emotional feelings.

Notice your thoughts, any pictures, or any feelings you are having.

Discussion:

“Beliefs about yourself are fundamental in shaping your reality; they affect all areas of your life, impacting the levels of success, happiness, and love you create and allow.  If you believe you're not good enough or don't deserve, for example, you may experience painful accompanying emotions and realities that reflect that. Negative self-beliefs damage your self-image, skewing your true happy loving nature.”   ~ Jennifer Hoffman

The following are Five Empowering beliefs for you to embrace.  Notice while reading them what is happening in your physical body, your emotional body, what thoughts, feelings and pictures flow thru your mind and body?

1. I am enough.

2. I have talent and worth.

3. I am honest.

4. I am valuable

5. I am loveable.

Now Repeat the Meditation Process.

"Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker

what he thinks into it."

-Earnest Holmes

You are source, not subject, of your world. All experience ultimately manifests through creating or allowing it.
