Manifesting your abundant and purposeful life happens with ease when you understand the power of desire, focus, allowing, inspired action and appreciation!  By learning to be more conscious, you will easily build a positive layer of vibration to “shift” into the direction of your desires! You cannot create something different with the vibration that is creating what is now.

Understanding the power of your focus is key to manifesting.  Personal vibrations are simply energy which is directly influenced by how we consciously and unconsciously believe, feel, act, react, speak and think.  Tools retrain mental and emotional processes. They encourage personal responsibility and awareness by creating mental and emotional behavior patterns that match with our utmost desires. 

Unconscious beliefs, such as an underlying worry and/or wanting, creates more of the undesired reality which then makes it harder and harder to create your desired reality.   You get stuck on a “gerbil wheel of undesired thought,” focusing on what you do not want and then doubting the process of the law of attraction.  When in reality….the first step in manifesting is to fully understand, “What you focus on (feel), you create.”

To successfully build manifesting skills, you must build awareness to what you are feeling; pay attention all day every day to what you say, think, do and how you react to situations.  What are you aligning with? What do you talk about? What are the “stories” you tell about yourself and your life?  Check in several times an hour to how you are feeling.  It is imperative to establish understanding of the vibrations that you are creating.  Your current life experience is a great measure for your vibration – how is life working for you?  Are you in the flow?  Do you need some tools to help you align with your desires?

The second thing to understand in manifesting is that you are the only factor that gets in the way of you attracting your desired experiences!  Understanding all the levels of you is imperative! Owning your strengths and your weaknesses is the only way to effectively achieve your highest goals.  Humans beings have a complex mental capacity… tools can cut through these psychological layers making change easier.  How much time you have spent in your life focusing on what you do not want or vibrating from a place of lack?  Can you identify the subtle ways you have been taught that lack, fear and worry are noble?  Do you notice negative and fear based propaganda in the media?   How have you been trained to conform, doubt, fear and settle?  Is this helping you achieve your desires?

Below are some basic tools for transforming your vibration and manifesting your desired life.  These tools are created to be used to develop the feelings that match your desire.  Be certain when you are using them to notice how you are feeling and adjust your approach with them accordingly. 

vAttitude of gratitude - Make a habit of seeking what is good in every person and every situation – consciously create vibrations of feeling of good regardless of the outer circumstances.  “Look for the Good” in everything and everybody.  Acknowledge the good and be in appreciation throughout your day.  Make a game of spinning how every situation may benefit you.  Start each morning off reciting in your mind what is working and end the day the same way. Write in a gratitude journal.  If you cannot find something to appreciate in your current mindset, start by being grateful that you are alive, that you can breathe, or even that you have the choice to feel bad. Laugh at yourself!   Use your imagination to create a future event or revert to a happy time in the past.  The idea is to find and hold feelings that feel good. Focusing for just 63 seconds, several times a day can shift a situation.

vTake 5 deep slow breaths -  The five breaths give you a pause to rethink how you feel and choose better feeling thoughts.

vChoose inspired actions - Manifesting is not waiting for something to happen and it is also not “doing” for the distraction of being busy.  Listen to your inner guidance and stretch yourself into inspired actions (which may sometimes mean not doing anything).  Ask yourself am I doing or not doing this as a distraction or procrastination or am I inspired to do this or nothing because there is an unknown gift coming?  Notice your mind chatter.

vMeditate - take time to be the observer of your thoughts.  Allow time for meditation; give yourself loving guidance and confirmation during this process.  Be creative, squeeze mediation/being the observer of your thoughts, into little windows; when you are at a red light, waiting in line etc.

 

vBuild awareness of how you are feelingfeelings create vibration.  Thoughts create feelings.  Take ownership of your reactions to others and situations.  Understand yourself, forgive yourself and improve yourself.  Extend that understanding to others.  Create a belief that everyone is doing the best they can with the awareness they have. Practice the Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz - 1. Be impeccable with your word, 2. Do not take anything personally, 3. Don’t make assumptions and 4. Always do your best! 

vPivoting or distraction – do something that feels better, either physically or mentally!  Go outside, pet your cat, go to yoga, watch a funny movie, sing a happy song – take an action that shifts your focus.  It is common to forget that we have full control over our thoughts and that we can distract ourselves – it is a choice.  Unproductive beliefs give power to what we do not want!  Creating the habit to consciously create positive, empowering feelings, actions and thoughts will make you feel stronger and more proactive.  Possibilities are then more available.
 

vGet in the moment – sometimes situations feel better when you focus in the moment.  Appreciate the NOW; notice that you are okay and safe at this moment.  This tool prevents you from getting lost in future or past worry thoughts… it helps you get real. 

vGet a bigger perspective - Other times situations feel better when you look at them through a five, ten or twenty year window.  Ask yourself, in the big picture, how might the situation you are experiencing be good for you?  Is it motivating you, giving you perspective, experience or confidence to make a change? Is it happening to get you out of your comfort zone?  Is it stretching you?  Use this tool to also create a story of how you accomplished your desire now that you are looking back – create hindsight in your imagination now!

v “What if” - use “What If” or “If” questions in place of “I don’t know” or “I am not.”  “What will it feel like when I know?”or “If there was a solution what would it be?”  This question is posed to your Higher Self – ask then allow your imagination to create ideas.  Be playful and silly with your ideas.  Get your ego’s fear out of the way with this tool. Have fun, be silly and imaginative! Brainstorm.

vTake time to take care of yourself. If the news makes you worry – stop watching it! If talking to someone brings up negative feelings, choose more positive interactions.  Take physical or mental actions to insure that you are being supported by the influences you choose. Notice what you eat and how you treat yourself; it has a direct influence on your vibration. Are you taking time for you and what you need or are you doing what is good for everyone else?

vListen to your stories and self talk - What do you talk about?  What stories run around your mind? Is it supporting your goals?  If not, catch yourself and change the story.  Be your own cheerleader, if you think you can, you can!

It is difficult to allow yourself your desires if you do not feel worthy and loved.  By embracing more positive beliefs and feelings about yourself, you gain a new level of strength and confidence. Take time every day to check in with the inner you – looking into your eyes – avoid the “outer self” that you are used to seeing.  To your inner self say “I love you.”  Allow time to listen to what your inner self has to say.  Ask yourself and then listen for the answer “What can I do for you today?”   Make promises to yourself; “I promise everything I do for you today will be in your Highest Good.”  When you fail, and you might at first, apologize and forgive yourself – make another promise to commit to yourself again. Be gentle and loving with yourself.  Be your best cheerleader!
