Creating your Reality
"You are the only one who creates in your experience—no one else. Everything that comes to you comes by the power of your thought. If there are changes you would like to make, it will be of great value to begin telling a different story—not only about your body, but about all subjects that have been troubling to you. As you begin to positively focus, getting to feel so good about so many subjects, you will begin to feel the power that creates worlds flowing through you." --- Abraham
"As you start the New Year, remember it's the same old stories, the same old feelings that hold you apart from your desires and goals. If you keep repeating the same old stories, you'll keep creating the same situations. If you want your life to change, tell a new story of how you want it to be."
"Begin to say "My New Story is", my appreciation story, my prosperity story, my wonderful relationship story, my well being story, my magnificent life story, imaging it, feeling it, being inspired and allowing it! You have the ability to change your thoughts and feelings which in turn will change your point of attraction, you life experience.
SUCCESS IS MEASURED BY THE JOY YOU FEEL! "

"New Year's is a time for charting a new path and envisioning our highest goals for the year ahead." ~ Shift Network
How are you coming along with your "vision"? I have jotted down and saved lots of ideas for mine and intend to make my final copy tomorrow, to share with you all on Tuesday.
What if you allow your self to dream and expand your current thinking? What if you allow yourself to express your vision for 2011?
You are a powerful creator and I have learned it is our purpose to create.
"Change is possible, provided you tackle it with joy.
Plant a good seed today by living it with excitement." ~ Yehuda Berg
Below are some "tools" to get you in the mindset of creating what will fill you with joy! See you on Tuesday, 6:30-8:30
The Law of Attraction is responding to your thought, not to your current reality. When you change the thought, your reality must follow suit. If things are going well for you, then focusing upon what is happening now will cause the well-being to continue, but if there are things happening now that are not pleasing, you must find a way of taking your attention away from those unwanted things.
You have the ability to quickly change your patterns of thought, and eventually… your life experience.
Take 15 minutes daily, thinking of pleasant scenarios regarding your body, with the sole intent of enjoying your body and appreciating its strength and stamina and flexibility and beauty. When you visualize for the joy of visualizing rather than with the intention of correcting some deficiency, your thoughts are more pure and, therefore, more powerful. When you visualize to overcome something that is wrong, your thoughts are diluted with the "lackful" side of the equation. In time, your physical condition will acquiesce to your dominant thoughts. --- Abraham
This little exercise comes from my friend Carol Roper in Carlsbad, CA:
Happy New year. Invite in the New in 2011! This is fun to do over morning coffee. The perfect time to do a little bit of self-assessment. Reflect on this past year and make the following lists:
-
Three triumphs you had.
-
Three things for which you are grateful.
-
Three things you are ready to leave behind.
-
Three things you would like to forget or be forgiven for.
-
Three things you will forgive and not carry into next year.
-
Three things you are planning to do.
-
Three things you to which you are looking forward.
As you imagine and visualize and verbalize your new story, in time you will believe the new story, and when that happens, the evidence will flow swiftly into your experience. A belief is only a thought you continue to think; and when your beliefs match your desires, then your desires must become your reality.
There is no physical body, no matter what the conditions, that cannot achieve an improved condition. Nothing else in your experience responds as quickly as your own physical body to your patterns of thought. --Abraham
It is natural that by knowing what you do not want, you are able to clarify what you do want; and there is nothing wrong with identifying a problem before beginning to look for a solution. But many people, over time, become problem oriented rather than solution oriented, and in their examination and explanation of the problem, they continue the perpetuation of the problem. That which is like unto itself, is drawn—so tell the story you want to live and you will eventually live it. --- Abraham
It is not attention to lack of wellness that makes you sick. It is attention to the lack of many things… Chronic attention to unwanted things holds you in a place of disallowing your physical well-being, as well as disallowing the solutions to other things you are focused upon. If you would focus your attention upon the experience of physical well-being as much as you focus upon the absence of it, not only would your recovery come quickly, but maintaining your physical well-being and balance would also be easy.--- Abraham
You can be fully satisfied with where you are, understanding that you're eternally evolving. When you get into that place of feeling appreciation of where you are and of who you are, and appreciation of what you are, and you accept that you are a never-ending, always unfolding Being, then you can stand in that delicate balance of being optimistic about what is to come, without being unhappy about where you stand. Find a way of eagerly anticipating future changes, while at the same time you are in love and satisfied with who, what, where and how you be. --- Abraham
See you Tuesday. With Love, Nancy
